Online GLP-1 Program Price Comparison: 2026 Costs
Compare publicly advertised semaglutide and tirzepatide program prices without ranking providers as favorites or hiding first-month promotions, prepaid commitments, renewal terms, and unresolved fees.
Prices and policies were verified from July 29 through August 8, 2026 and may change. Completing an intake does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, or access to a particular product.
How this page orders prices
Each table uses a clearly stated advertised price field. Affiliate relationships do not determine inclusion or ordering.
- First-month promotions are separated from regular, renewal, or standard prices.
- A monthly equivalent is not presented as monthly billing when a larger prepaid charge is required.
- Starting or “as low as” prices are labeled when the provider does not publish one fixed price for every dose or formulation.
- Different formulations and branded products are not treated as interchangeable.
- Unknown or conflicting figures stay visible instead of being estimated.
- A lower advertised price is not a judgment about clinical suitability or overall program quality.
Compounded semaglutide price comparison
| Provider | Lowest prominently advertised figure | What that price means | Key caution |
|---|---|---|---|
| HealthRX | $99 | New-patient first month on the monthly plan; also the monthly equivalent of a $1,188 annual plan | Regular one-month price is $190 and displayed monthly renewal is $165 |
| Strut Health | From $99 | Starting auto-refill price for oral compounded semaglutide | Route and dose matter; Strut says some dose changes can increase prescription price |
| Trimi | $99/month equivalent | $1,188 annual upfront payment; month-to-month is $175 | Annual figure is not month-to-month billing |
| SHED | $159/month equivalent | Twelve-month plan; one-month price is $199 | Compare plan total and standard renewal |
| Gala Health | From $179/month | Yearly subscription; another page states $199/month with a three-month plan | Public pages show different plan lengths and prices |
| SkinnyRx | From $199/month | Uses “as low as” language | Renewal, dose, and commitment details require confirmation |
| Sprout Health | $299/month | Standard recurring price | Promotional funnels may show a lower first-month amount |
| Willow | From $299/month | Starting price may vary with prescription, dose, or refill frequency | Price may not remain fixed for every prescription |
The three $99 entries above are not the same commercial offer. HealthRX’s first-month promotion, HealthRX’s annual monthly equivalent, Strut’s starting oral auto-refill price, and Trimi’s annual monthly equivalent have different commitment and renewal implications.

Compounded tirzepatide price comparison
| Provider | Lowest prominently advertised figure | What that price means | Key caution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trimi | $125/month equivalent | $1,500 annual upfront payment; month-to-month is $235 | Annual prepayment and refund treatment |
| HealthRX | $149 first month | New-patient first month on the monthly plan; regular monthly price is $239 | Annual plan is $2,148 total ($179/month equivalent); displayed monthly renewal is $214 |
| Strut Health | From $199 | Starting auto-refill language appears on current tirzepatide pathways | Individual product pages are not fully synchronized on 30-day pricing; confirm the selected route and checkout amount |
| SHED | $239/month equivalent | Twelve-month plan; one-month price is $299 | Compare plan total, minimum term, and renewal |
| SkinnyRx | From $299/month | Injectable and tablet pathways use “as low as” language | Confirm formulation, renewal, dose pricing, and refund cutoff |
| Sprout Health | $349/month | Standard recurring price | Separate introductory and ongoing pricing |
| Willow | From $399/month | Starting price may vary by prescription and dose | Potential dose-related price changes |
Gala Health advertises tirzepatide-related pathways, but the current provider records do not support a sufficiently comparable tirzepatide price for this table without mixing different program presentations.

Why the same provider can show more than one “monthly” number
A single provider can now display several legitimate but non-equivalent price fields:
| Price type | Example | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| First-month promotion | HealthRX semaglutide at $99 for a new patient’s first month | What a qualifying new customer may pay initially, not the regular monthly charge |
| Starting auto-refill price | Strut oral semaglutide from $99 | Lowest advertised starting subscription price for that route; dose or product changes may alter cost |
| True regular monthly plan | HealthRX semaglutide at $190; Trimi semaglutide at $175 | Amount listed for a one-month billing option before provider-specific renewal or promotion details |
| Monthly equivalent of annual plan | HealthRX and Trimi semaglutide at $99/month equivalent | Annual total divided by 12; not monthly billing |
| Displayed renewal price | HealthRX monthly semaglutide at $165 | Provider’s current stated next-cycle price after its renewal credit |
This is why Care Path Compare does not label one provider universally “cheapest.” The answer changes depending on whether the user prioritizes the lowest first charge, lowest starting route price, lowest true monthly billing, lowest annual equivalent, or lowest nonrefundable exposure.
Branded Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro prices
Current provider records do not yet support a sufficiently complete like-for-like branded table across all tracked programs. We will not manufacture a clean price ranking from incomplete or conflicting public figures.
Before paying, verify whether the displayed amount includes medication and membership, assumes insurance or manufacturer savings eligibility, and matches the checkout total.
What to verify beyond the headline price
- The exact amount charged today.
- Whether that amount is a promotion, starting price, regular price, renewal price, or monthly equivalent.
- The normal renewal amount.
- Whether billing occurs monthly, every 28 days, quarterly, or upfront.
- Whether medication is included.
- Whether the price changes with dose or formulation.
- Whether clinician visits, labs, supplies, and shipping are included.
- The cancellation deadline and refund cutoff.
- The legal name of the dispensing pharmacy.
- State availability for the selected pathway.
- The first three-month and first-year total.
Bottom line
The current market makes a one-number “cheapest” label less useful than it was even a week ago.
HealthRX, Strut, and Trimi can all surface a $99 semaglutide figure, but those numbers represent different combinations of first-month promotion, route-specific starting price, and annual-plan monthly equivalent. HealthRX also publishes a $190 regular one-month semaglutide plan and $165 displayed renewal, while Strut starts injectable semaglutide at $149 and Trimi’s month-to-month semaglutide option is $175.
For tirzepatide, Trimi’s $125 annual monthly equivalent is lower than its $235 month-to-month charge. HealthRX starts the new-patient monthly plan at $149, then lists $239 as the regular monthly price and $214 as the displayed renewal. Strut advertises tirzepatide starting from $199 but its individual pages should be checked because the displayed 30-day figures are not fully synchronized.
Compare the amount due today, regular price, renewal price, total commitment, formulation, and refund exposure rather than treating every monthly-looking number as equivalent.
