Care Path Compare is a static publication with no accounts, newsletter, advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or health-information intake service. The general contact form collects only the information described below.
Contact-form information
If you use the contact form, Care Path Compare receives your full name, an optional company or organization, your email address, and your message. We use this information to review and respond to editorial questions, corrections, business inquiries, provider information, or general feedback.
Formspree processing
Formspree processes contact-form submissions on behalf of Care Path Compare and delivers them to the publication's configured recipient. The contact form is not used for advertising, analytics, audience profiling, or marketing enrollment.
Do not submit sensitive health information
Do not submit medical records, diagnosis details, medication information, prescription requests, or other sensitive health information. Care Path Compare does not operate a health-information intake service, does not use the contact form to provide healthcare, and does not claim that this general contact channel is covered by HIPAA.
Automatic technical information
The hosting and security services used to deliver the site may process standard request data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals, to serve pages and protect the service. Care Path Compare does not currently add a separate analytics or advertising tracker.
Cookies and local storage
Care Path Compare does not currently set marketing, personalization, or analytics cookies. The protected pre-launch hosting environment may use an access-control session for authorized preview users.

Policy changes
This policy will be reviewed before analytics, advertising, marketing enrollment, or another data-collection feature is introduced. Any material change must be documented before that feature is enabled.
