Educational use only

Care Path Compare is not a clinic, pharmacy, prescriber, insurer, laboratory, or law firm. A licensed healthcare professional must determine eligibility, treatment, and prescribing decisions. Seek qualified professional advice for medical, legal, insurance, or financial questions.

Information can change

Provider prices, plans, policies, medication models, availability, pharmacy relationships, and other details may change after a stated verification date. Confirm current terms directly with the provider before enrolling or paying. We do not promise that every source, price, product, refund, prescription, or service will remain available.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. Care Path Compare may receive compensation if you use an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action. Compensation does not create a warranty, endorsement, healthcare relationship, or guarantee of eligibility, fulfillment, savings, or results. Read the affiliate disclosure.

Display advertising

If Care Path Compare is approved for Google AdSense and display advertising is enabled, ads may appear only on selected educational pages under the site’s monetization and privacy rules. Third-party advertising does not constitute an endorsement or clinical recommendation by Care Path Compare. Our initial design excludes affiliate-monetized pages, visitors outside the United States, visitors in Washington or Nevada, Global Privacy Control sessions, and non-production or automated-testing contexts from display-ad serving. Eligible display-ad requests are intended to use non-personalized advertising treatment.

Third-party sites and services

Links may lead to providers, pharmacies, retailers, affiliate networks, government sources, and other third parties. Care Path Compare does not control third-party content, terms, privacy practices, clinical decisions, billing, cancellations, refunds, shipping, or fulfillment. Your relationship with a third party is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.

Analytics and contact form

Google Analytics may operate where permitted. Visitors in Washington and Nevada are asked to make separate choices before optional health-related measurement begins. Elsewhere, permitted measurement may begin by default unless a saved preference or Global Privacy Control signal keeps it disabled. The contact form is processed through Formspree. Do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through the general contact form.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research. Site text, original tables, graphics, branding, and illustrations may not be republished, scraped for commercial republication, or presented as another organization’s work without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Corrections and submissions

You may submit corrections, public sources, provider information, and general feedback. A submission does not guarantee publication, removal, favorable treatment, a response, or a change to editorial conclusions.

No guarantee

The site is provided as available for general informational use. To the extent permitted by law, Care Path Compare does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular commercial outcome, a prescription, a refund, provider availability, or any health result.
