The affiliate network’s August 12, 2026 written answers identified HealthRX.com LLC, a Wyoming LLC, as the site operator and supplied the pharmacy examples discussed below. Those dated answers improve the program’s disclosures, but do not establish current pharmacy assignment, independently verified licensing, medical quality, medication safety, or suitability for an individual patient.

Our assessment: HealthRX provides commercial and operating information that consumers can compare. Before paying, verify the clinician, dispensing pharmacy, formulation, exact billing schedule, and refund conditions for the actual order. A website, testimonial, or network confirmation alone does not establish clinical legitimacy or guarantee a prescription.

Public commercial information was rechecked October 9, 2026 and can change. Authenticated affiliate-network confirmations cited elsewhere remain dated August 12 unless separately noted.

How HealthRX says its telehealth process works

The current product pages say customers pay first, then complete medical intake for review by an independent U.S.-licensed clinician. The clinician decides whether treatment or a prescription is appropriate.

HealthRX’s terms state that treatment and prescribing are not guaranteed. Paying or completing the intake therefore should not be interpreted as approval for a particular medication.

When a prescription is issued, HealthRX says it is routed for pharmacy fulfillment and shipped to the patient. The exact dispensing pharmacy can vary. The network specifically says assignment depends on the patient’s state, medication, pharmacy licensing, and fulfillment availability.

The pricing page describes provider messaging, dose management, and refill coordination as included. We did not find a universal public laboratory-testing requirement or standard laboratory charge.

What does HealthRX cost in 2026?

The canonical product pages show the following Subscribe & Save charges, checked October 9, 2026. These plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are before additional promo codes; confirm the final charge and billing schedule before paying.

Compounded semaglutide

Compounded tirzepatide

The main pricing page still lists higher reference totals: semaglutide $190 monthly, $399 for 3 months, $714 for 6 months, and $1,188 for 12 months; tirzepatide $239 monthly, $627 for 3 months, $1,194 for 6 months, and $2,148 for 12 months. Its displayed renewal amounts match the product subscription tables. The product pages explicitly identify $399 and $627 as the three-month one-time purchase prices, and offer one-time purchases for longer plans. The monthly plan is subscription only.

The previously documented September 4 annual semaglutide offer reversed today’s and renewal amounts. That sequence was not reconfirmed on October 9: the canonical product page now shows $1,163 both today and at annual subscription renewal. The legacy offer URL routes to different assessment/product pages, so it is not a stable source for the old annual sequence.

A multi-month total divided by its plan length is a monthly equivalent, not a month-to-month bill. Also verify the shipment schedule: a listed 48-week supply and a 12-month billing interval are different measures. See our HealthRX cost guide for the full comparison.

What is included in the advertised price?

HealthRX says current GLP-1 plans include:

• online clinician consultation and review;
• a prescription when clinically appropriate;
• compounded medication when prescribed;
• overnight shipping;
• provider messaging;
• dose management; and
• refill coordination.

The current pricing page says there are no separate visit or membership fees.

These are provider-reported inclusions. Confirm the final checkout terms, particularly any laboratory testing or circumstance not covered by the standard plan description.

What pharmacy does HealthRX use?

The affiliate network’s August 12, 2026 written answers named these Section 503A fulfillment examples:

• Greenwich Health & Wellness LLC, doing business as Greenwich Rx — Tomball, Texas.
• The DrugStore at O’Bleness LLC, operating as TheDrugStore on East State — Athens, Ohio.

These are historical provider-program confirmations, not independently reverified October 9 pharmacy assignments or licensing checks. Current public pages describe U.S.-licensed Section 503A pharmacies without naming the pharmacy for an individual order. Assignment can vary by state, medication, licensing, and fulfillment availability. Ask which pharmacy will actually dispense the prescription.

The network explicitly cautions that this is not a fixed one-pharmacy-per-state arrangement. The dispensing pharmacy can vary based on the patient’s state, medication, applicable pharmacy licensing, and fulfillment availability. We therefore do not tell readers that one of these pharmacies will fill their prescription before routing occurs.

Before the first shipment, ask:

1. Which pharmacy will dispense my prescription?
2. What is the pharmacy’s full legal name and location?
3. What state license applies to the dispensing pharmacy?
4. What exact formulation, concentration, and amount will be supplied?
5. What are the storage and temperature requirements?
6. What happens if the package is delayed, damaged, warm, or missing?

FDA recommends that patients using compounded GLP-1 drugs obtain a prescription from a licensed clinician and fill it at a state-licensed pharmacy. FDA’s concerns about compounded GLP-1 products are general regulatory context and are not evidence that a HealthRX prescription is fraudulent or defective.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide status

HealthRX markets compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality in the same manner as approved drug products.

Care Path Compare does not describe HealthRX compounded semaglutide as generic Wegovy or Ozempic, or HealthRX compounded tirzepatide as generic Zepbound or Mounjaro.

We also do not transfer branded-drug trial results to a specific compounded preparation. FDA has warned against claims that imply unapproved compounded products are generic, the same as approved drugs, or clinically proven based on branded-product evidence.

Current product pages, FAQ, and refund policy direct cancellation requests to support@healthrx.com. Subscribe & Save renews at the displayed interval until canceled; longer-plan one-time purchases do not renew automatically. The monthly plan is subscription only.

Cancel future renewal and ask separately whether a pending medication order can still be stopped. Save the request and confirmation. Cancellation does not return medication already dispensed or guarantee a refund for medication already handed to the carrier.

Refunds: what the current policies say

HealthRX’s current product pages and terms say payment comes before medical intake and does not guarantee a prescription. If the clinician does not approve treatment, the related charges are fully refundable. The terms say support processes this refund manually after the decline is recorded; the financial institution affects when the money appears.

The FAQ says unshipped doses are refundable. The returns policy says prescription medication cannot be returned after dispensing and the sale is final once charged and handed to the carrier. Ask support whether a pending pharmacy order can still be stopped and which unshipped doses are refundable.

For a lost shipment, contact support to coordinate with the carrier; the policy describes replacement when medication is lost. For damaged medication, contact support promptly and retain the packaging.

There is no general 30-day money-back guarantee for prescription medication. The current policy’s 30-day return window applies to unopened over-the-counter items. This agrees with the network’s dated August 12 clarification. Canceling future renewals does not return medication already dispensed.

Who operates HealthRX.com?

The network identified HealthRX.com LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as the site operator in its August 12, 2026 answers. The current public pages reviewed do not independently establish that legal entity; verify the entity named on checkout and billing documents.

That distinction remains useful because a telehealth transaction can involve separate roles:

• the non-clinical website/platform operator;
• the professional entity or clinician providing medical care; and
• the pharmacy dispensing the prescription.

HealthRX describes its clinicians as independent. Consumers with questions about billing, privacy, cancellation, clinical care, or dispensing should identify which entity is responsible for the specific function.

HealthRX state availability

Current pricing and FAQ pages state availability in all 50 U.S. states for adults 18 and older. The network also made an all-state claim for compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide on August 12. Individual clinical eligibility, provider licensure, and pharmacy fulfillment requirements still apply.

This confirmation applies specifically to the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide offer. Other HealthRX treatment categories may have separate state limitations.

“All 50 states” should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee that every patient will qualify or that the same pharmacy or treatment path will be available everywhere.

HealthRX reviews: what consumer ratings can and cannot prove
