Quick answer: How much does Telos Rx cost?
As of September 3, 2026, Telos Rx publicly lists compounded semaglutide as low as $99 per month, injectable tirzepatide as low as $139 per month, and microdosed tirzepatide as low as $116 per month. Its oral GLP-1 page advertises from $9 per day, based on a three-month prepaid oral-semaglutide plan; the prescribing clinician determines which oral molecule, if any, is appropriate.
Those are starting or plan-qualified figures, not a promise that every consumer will pay the same amount. The exact product, plan length, amount charged at checkout, and later billing should be confirmed before enrolling.
Bottom line: Telos Rx now publishes clearer pricing and cancellation terms than it did in our August review, but discounted multi-month plans carry an important tradeoff: if you cancel early, Telos says the months already received are re-priced using the shortest applicable plan and the difference is charged at cancellation.

Plan length now matters in two different ways
Telos Rx says its three-, six-, and twelve-month plans use lower monthly rates in exchange for completing the selected term. That creates two separate questions for a consumer:
- How much is actually charged at checkout or each billing cycle? A monthly-equivalent price can differ from the amount collected at one time.
- What happens if the plan ends early? Telos says prior months are re-rated to the shortest plan that covers the time already enrolled, and the difference is charged as a one-time adjustment when the consumer cancels.
For example, Telos says a consumer who selects a twelve-month discounted plan and cancels after three months can have those three months re-priced at the three-month plan rate. Telos says it does not charge for months after cancellation.
This is more transparent than the older public language, but it means the lowest advertised monthly equivalent should not be evaluated without the early-cancellation rule.
What Telos Rx says is included
Current treatment pages describe plan pricing as including features such as:
- licensed-clinician review,
- medication when prescribed,
- free two-day priority shipping,
- unlimited care-team messaging,
- dose adjustments, and
- access to the patient portal.
Some treatment pages also describe quarterly labs as included. Telos Rx’s current Terms, however, state that laboratory testing ordered for a patient is not included in the price of the Rx Product. Because those statements are not fully aligned, confirm whether the exact pathway includes laboratory testing or whether an outside lab charge may apply.
Does the price increase with dose?
Telos Rx currently advertises flat GLP-1 pricing and says the monthly cost does not increase as the clinician titrates the dose on applicable GLP-1 pathways.
That does not mean every change is price-neutral. Ask whether switching medication, formulation, route, pharmacy, or plan length changes the amount due.
Subscription cancellation versus order cancellation
Telos Rx now distinguishes these clearly.
Subscription cancellation: the provider says a consumer can cancel in the patient portal without a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not refund a cycle that has already been transmitted to the pharmacy. Discounted multi-month plans are also subject to the re-rating adjustment described above.
Individual order cancellation: after an order is placed, there is only a limited window before clinician review and prescription transmission. Telos says review is often completed within a few hours. Once the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is available even if the pharmacy has not yet shipped it.
If you need to stop an order, Telos recommends contacting the patient portal immediately rather than relying on a later email response.
What happens if treatment is not approved?
Telos Rx’s current policy states that if a licensed provider determines that the consumer is not clinically eligible for the requested protocol and no prescription has been issued or transmitted to a pharmacy, Telos will refund all amounts paid in connection with that request, including the diagnosis online visit.
The same Terms state that laboratory testing ordered for the consumer is not included in the Rx Product price. If labs are ordered, confirm separately what happens to any outside laboratory charge.
When charges become final
Telos Rx says charges for an order become final once the prescription is transmitted to a pharmacy. At that point, the provider says medication, consultation, visit, and program amounts connected with that order are nonrefundable, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Dispensed prescription medication also cannot be returned or exchanged. If a shipment is damaged or does not match the prescription, Telos instructs consumers to contact it promptly; its shipping page separately describes when a replacement or refund may be considered for delivery problems.
Shipping cost and delivery terms
Telos Rx currently says free two-day priority shipping is included with subscriptions and that it does not charge an expedited-shipping add-on based on plan length.
Carrier delays can still occur. For temperature concerns, the current shipping policy says a heat-affected shipment is considered for refund or replacement when the courier failed to deliver within the delivery window quoted for that shipment. Consumers should save tracking and contact Telos promptly if a package is delayed, damaged, or arrives in questionable condition.
Cost questions to verify at checkout
- What exact dollar amount will be charged today?
- Is the displayed figure a monthly rate, daily equivalent, or prepaid-plan equivalent?
- What plan length am I selecting?
- What amount and date apply to the next charge?
- If I cancel early, what shorter-plan rate will be used for the re-rating adjustment?
- Has a prescription already been issued or transmitted to the pharmacy?
- Is medication included at every prescribed dose on this pathway?
- Are laboratory tests included, or can there be an outside laboratory charge?
- Which pharmacy will fill this prescription?
- What happens financially if the clinician determines I am not eligible?
- What shipping or replacement terms apply if medication is delayed or damaged?
How Telos Rx compares conceptually
Telos Rx may appeal to consumers who value published starting prices, named pharmacy partners, multiple GLP-1 formats, free two-day shipping, and ongoing messaging. Its current cancellation and refund pages are also more explicit than the August version we reviewed.
The main cost tradeoffs are plan complexity, the multi-month re-rating rule, the prescription-transmission refund cutoff, and uncertainty around whether laboratory testing is included on a particular pathway. Compare those categories—not only the headline monthly figure—against other programs.
