Telos Rx is an identifiable telehealth technology and administrative platform that connects users with independent licensed healthcare providers and partner pharmacies. Its current Terms identify Supreme Health LLC, doing business as Telos RX, while multiple current treatment-page footers still display Superior Health Solutions LLC. Because those public identity statements are not synchronized, consumers should confirm the legal entity shown on their intake, payment, and care documents.

Telos Rx publicly names Arora Health & Aesthetics LLC as a clinical provider, identifies pharmacy partners, describes licensed-clinician review, publishes treatment prices, and discloses that compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Its authenticated Katalys profile last supplied to Care Path Compare showed approval for Program 1612; that network-specific evidence was last verified August 3, 2026 and is separate from this September public-source refresh.

Our assessment: Telos Rx appears to be a legitimate telehealth provider to research and compare. Its current public cancellation and refund terms are clearer than they were in August, but plan length, pharmacy transmission, laboratory costs, product availability, and the inconsistent public operating-entity name still deserve careful verification before paying.

How Telos Rx says the program works

Telos Rx describes an online intake reviewed by an affiliated U.S.-licensed clinician. If the clinician determines that treatment is appropriate, a prescription may be sent to a pharmacy in the Telos Rx network for fulfillment and shipment.

Telos Rx says it provides the technology platform, administrative support, and customer service rather than medical care itself. Clinical decisions are made by independent licensed healthcare providers, and medication is compounded, dispensed, and shipped by licensed pharmacies.

Submitting an intake does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a particular formulation, pharmacy, or result.

Current GLP-1 pricing

The current public GLP-1 pages show a simpler starting-price picture than the August pages we reviewed:

• compounded semaglutide: as low as $99 per month;
• injectable tirzepatide: as low as $139 per month;
• microdosed tirzepatide: as low as $116 per month; and
• oral GLP-1: from $9 per day, with Telos stating that figure is based on a three-month prepaid oral-semaglutide plan.

Those numbers are not necessarily the amount every consumer will pay. Product selection, plan length, and checkout terms can change the effective cost. Telos also says discounted three-, six-, and twelve-month plans are re-rated if cancelled early, which can produce an additional charge for the months already received.

Pharmacy transparency

Telos Rx publicly names two pharmacy partners:

• VialsRX, listed at 6220 Westpark Drive in Houston, Texas.
• F&F Pharmacies Inc., doing business as Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy, listed in Fairfield, Ohio.

The provider says Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy can serve 40 states, cannot dispense sterile compounds, and is not licensed in a listed group of states. Current Terms also refer more broadly to the Telos Rx Pharmacy Network and say pharmacy selection can vary.

Before shipment, confirm the pharmacy’s legal name, address, state license, authority to ship to your state, formulation, concentration, storage instructions, and replacement policy.

Weight-management pathways and affiliate links

Telos Rx has separate Katalys landing pages for different consumer intents. These authenticated affiliate destinations were originally verified August 3, 2026. Current Katalys performance data through September 4 confirms traffic continues to reach the program, but that performance data does not by itself reverify payout terms or every network permission.

Care Path Compare currently focuses this review on weight-management pathways. Telos also markets peptide, NAD+, sexual-health, and other programs, but those categories are outside this GLP-1 comparison and are not linked from this table.

Cancellation and refund terms are now clearer

Telos Rx currently distinguishes between cancelling a subscription and stopping an individual order.

Subscription cancellation: Telos says consumers can cancel in one click through the patient portal. Cancellation stops future billing cycles. A cycle already transmitted to the pharmacy is not refunded.

Discounted multi-month plans: Telos says three-, six-, and twelve-month plans receive lower monthly rates in exchange for the selected commitment. If a consumer cancels early, the months already received are re-priced at the shortest plan that covers the time enrolled and the difference is charged as a one-time adjustment. Telos says months after cancellation are not charged.

Individual order cancellation: after an order is placed, Telos says there is a limited period before the prescription is transmitted to the pharmacy. Review may occur within a few hours. Once transmission occurs, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund is issued for that order even if the pharmacy has not yet shipped it.

Clinical ineligibility: if a licensed provider determines that the consumer is not eligible for the requested protocol and no prescription is issued or transmitted, Telos says it refunds all amounts paid in connection with that request, including the diagnosis online visit.

These terms are meaningfully clearer than the August pages we reviewed, but consumers should still verify the status of the specific order before assuming a refund is available.

Shipping and laboratory-cost questions

Telos Rx currently says free two-day priority shipping is included with subscriptions. It also says prescriptions ship after clinician approval and pharmacy fulfillment, with tracking sent after shipment.

Laboratory coverage is less consistent across current public materials. Some treatment pages advertise quarterly labs as included, while the current Terms say the cost of laboratory testing ordered for a patient is not included in the price of the Rx Product. Confirm the exact pathway’s laboratory policy before paying.

Compounded-medication and peptide status

Telos Rx markets compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other compounded products. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved finished drug products and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Marketing phrases such as “microdosed,” “anti-aging,” “metabolic optimization,” or “recovery” do not by themselves establish that a product is effective or appropriate. Ask the clinician to explain the evidence for the exact formulation and whether an FDA-approved alternative exists.
