Quick answer: How much does MEDGm cost?

MEDGm’s compounded GLP-1 pricing currently spans three product paths, each with a month-to-month option and discounted effective rates for longer prepaid terms.

The lowest headline figure, $169 per month, is the effective monthly rate for a 12-month compounded semaglutide injection plan billed $2,028 upfront. It is not the normal month-to-month price.

For shoppers who want no multi-month commitment, MEDGm currently lists:

  • Compounded semaglutide injection: $299 per month, with the first month discounted to $179 under the current welcome offer.
  • Compounded tirzepatide injection: $399 per month, with the first month discounted to $279.
  • Compounded semaglutide tablets: $369 per month, with the first month discounted to $249.

The provider also publishes 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid plans with lower monthly equivalents.

Current MEDGm compounded semaglutide injection prices

Plan Amount shown Effective monthly rate Important billing note
Month to month $299/month $299 Current welcome offer lowers first month to $179
3 months $597 upfront $199/month Entire 3-month term billed upfront
6 months $1,134 upfront $189/month Entire 6-month term billed upfront
12 months $2,028 upfront $169/month Entire 12-month term billed upfront

The semaglutide product page says the same displayed price applies at any dose and lists consultation, lab work and a metabolic report, medication shipping, and ongoing provider support as included.

The current first-month promotion is $120 off the month-to-month price. A first-month discount should not be confused with the ongoing monthly rate.

Current MEDGm compounded tirzepatide injection prices

Plan Amount shown Effective monthly rate Important billing note
Month to month $399/month $399 Current welcome offer lowers first month to $279
3 months $897 upfront $299/month Entire 3-month term billed upfront
6 months $1,734 upfront $289/month Entire 6-month term billed upfront
12 months $3,228 upfront $269/month Entire 12-month term billed upfront

MEDGm’s tirzepatide page also says the displayed price is the same at any dose and lists consultation, labs, shipping, and ongoing provider support as included.

Current MEDGm compounded semaglutide tablet prices

Plan Amount shown Effective monthly rate Important billing note
Month to month $369/month $369 Current welcome offer lowers first month to $249
3 months $957 upfront $319/month Entire 3-month term billed upfront
6 months $1,734 upfront $289/month Entire 6-month term billed upfront
12 months $2,868 upfront $239/month Entire 12-month term billed upfront

The oral option is a daily compounded semaglutide tablet. It is a different product and route of administration from the weekly injections, so price alone should not be used to decide which treatment is appropriate. A licensed clinician determines whether a prescription is appropriate.

The biggest MEDGm pricing mistake to avoid

The main MEDGm GLP-1 page advertises compounded injections starting at $169 and tablets starting at $239. Those numbers are accurate representations of the lowest effective monthly rates on the product pages, but they require the longest prepaid terms currently displayed.

That distinction matters because:

  • $169 per month for semaglutide means paying $2,028 for 12 months upfront;
  • $269 per month for tirzepatide means paying $3,228 for 12 months upfront; and
  • $239 per month for oral semaglutide means paying $2,868 for 12 months upfront.

A consumer comparing telehealth providers should compare amount due today, not just the smallest monthly equivalent.

First-month promotion versus recurring price

MEDGm’s current compounded product pages show a $120 welcome discount on the month-to-month plans.

Product First month with current offer Standing month-to-month price after the offer
Compounded semaglutide injection $179 $299/month
Compounded tirzepatide injection $279 $399/month
Compounded semaglutide tablets $249 $369/month

Promotions can change. Before paying, verify whether the discount is still active and what the next charge will be.

What appears to be included?

MEDGm’s current compounded product pages describe an all-in program price that includes:

  • licensed provider consultation;
  • prescribed compounded medication when clinically appropriate;
  • lab work and a metabolic report;
  • medication shipping; and
  • ongoing provider support and dose adjustments.

The public Terms add an important qualification: a clinician may require additional medical history, labs, or a synchronous visit before enrollment is finalized. Consumers should confirm whether any case-specific requirement creates an additional cost before authorizing payment.

Are higher doses more expensive?

The three compounded product pages currently state “same price, any dose.” That means MEDGm is not displaying dose-based price increases within those product pages as of our September 17, 2026 verification.

That commercial policy can change, and it does not mean dose escalation is automatic. Dose and treatment decisions remain clinical decisions for the prescribing provider.

What about Zepbound, Wegovy, and Ozempic?

MEDGm’s main program page lists a separate brand-name pricing model:

Brand route Published platform price What is missing from the public total
Zepbound $99 membership Medication cost
Wegovy $99 membership Medication cost
Ozempic $171 membership Medication cost

Because the medication portion is not published on the main page, those figures should not be compared directly with MEDGm’s compounded all-in prices.

A $99 membership plus an undisclosed medication cost is structurally different from a $299 compounded plan that says medication, consultation, labs, and shipping are included.

How MEDGm bills multi-month plans

MEDGm’s Terms say the Program Membership Fee for the entire selected term is billed upfront. Available terms currently include monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of the selected term until canceled. MEDGm says the next term’s fee is charged at the then-current rate and that consumers should receive at least 30 days’ notice of a price change.

The Terms also say billing or medication shipment may occur up to 10 days before the renewal date to reduce gaps in treatment. That is another reason to verify the actual renewal date in the member portal rather than assuming the charge will occur on the final day of the term.

Cancellation and refunds affect the real cost

MEDGm requires a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the renewal date to stop the next subscription term.

The current refund policy says:

  • monthly subscription fees are not refunded for the current paid month after voluntary cancellation;
  • 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid bundles do not receive partial refunds after voluntary cancellation;
  • service and remaining shipments continue through the paid term, subject to required refill steps; and
  • medically documented disqualification by the provider has separate refund rules.

If a clinician medically disqualifies a patient before the first shipment, the policy says the current term is refunded. If disqualification occurs after one or more shipments in a multi-month bundle, the policy describes a pro-rata refund for months that can no longer be delivered.

This is why a lower prepaid monthly equivalent is not automatically the lower-risk purchase. A longer commitment reduces the displayed monthly average but increases the amount already paid and subject to the plan’s refund policy.

A simple way to compare MEDGm plans

For each plan, compare these six numbers or terms:

Comparison item Why it matters
Amount due today Shows the real cash commitment
Effective monthly rate Helps normalize different term lengths
First-month discount Prevents an introductory price from being mistaken for the recurring price
Renewal date and amount Shows the next potential charge
Refund treatment Shows financial flexibility after payment
Included services Prevents comparing an all-in price with a membership-only fee

Using that framework, the 12-month semaglutide plan has the lowest published monthly equivalent, while the month-to-month plan requires much less upfront cash and offers more flexibility before a future renewal.

Care Path Compare does not decide which tradeoff is better for a consumer. The useful comparison is the one that matches the consumer’s budget, desired commitment length, and willingness to prepay.

Checkout checklist

Before authorizing a MEDGm purchase, confirm:

  1. Exact medication and formulation.
  2. Total charged today.
  3. Whether the displayed rate is a first-month discount or a standing price.
  4. Length of the subscription term.
  5. Effective monthly rate if the plan is prepaid.
  6. Next renewal date and expected renewal amount.
  7. Whether a 30-day price-change notice applies before renewal.
  8. Whether consultation, medication, labs, supplies, and shipping are included.
  9. Which pharmacy will fill the prescription.
  10. Cancellation method and 72-hour cutoff.
  11. Refund treatment for voluntary cancellation.
  12. Current state and product availability.

Saving the final checkout terms is sensible consumer recordkeeping for a prepaid subscription.

Compounded GLP-1 status matters when comparing price

MEDGm’s compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products are not FDA-approved finished drug products. FDA says compounded drugs are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing in the same way as FDA-approved drugs.

A lower compounded-program price therefore should not be treated as an apples-to-apples substitute for an FDA-approved branded medication. Compare the actual product, clinician pathway, dispensing pharmacy, total cost, and consumer policies.

Bottom line on MEDGm pricing

MEDGm’s current pricing is more transparent than a simple “starting at” banner once the individual product pages are reviewed. The company publishes regular month-to-month prices, first-month discounts, prepaid totals, and monthly equivalents for all three compounded paths.

The central point is straightforward: MEDGm’s lowest monthly numbers require larger upfront commitments. The current $169 semaglutide rate is tied to a $2,028 12-month prepayment, while the regular month-to-month semaglutide price is $299 after the current first-month promotion.

Use the smallest monthly number only after also looking at the total charged today, refund rules, renewal timing, and what is included.
