GoodLife Health at a glance
GoodLife Health advertises a $299 monthly clinical membership, but the first charge is $598 for two months. Medication costs are separate. Its public materials describe ongoing cardiometabolic care and branded prescription pathways. The main questions to resolve before paying are the total pharmacy cost, lab charges and inconsistent refund wording.
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate following lab work and a clinician consultation. Membership payment does not guarantee medication.

What does the membership cost?
The pricing page lists:
| Cost item | Public presentation |
|---|---|
| Initial membership payment | $598 for the first two months |
| Renewal from month three | $299 per month until canceled |
| Prescription medication | Separately billed by the pharmacy |
| Membership insurance billing | Direct-pay membership; pharmacy coverage is separate |
The monthly figure is a care fee, so it cannot be compared directly with a medication-inclusive price. Request the medication estimate before adding it to your budget. Insurance coverage, pharmacy charges and any extra services can change the total; no particular medication price is established by this review.
What care and lab work are described?
The membership page describes quarterly lab panels, clinical check-ins and secure messaging. Its care workflow includes intake, consultation, laboratory review and follow-up. These are provider descriptions; we have not tested the service or measured response times.
Lab billing needs clarification. The formal terms’ section 5.3 includes four scheduled panels annually and separates extra testing, but section 7 uses broader language saying labs are billed separately. Ask for written confirmation of the included tests, the laboratory, and charges for additional or targeted testing. Do not assume every ordered test is covered.
Cancellation and refunds: save the applicable terms
Under terms section 6, cancellation is available from month three through the portal or email. Future billing stops at the next cycle; partial months are not prorated. The initial term is described as nonrefundable once it starts, subject to legal requirements.
Separately, a retrieved membership page advertises a first-month refund promise. That promise and the formal terms do not clearly align. Get written confirmation of eligibility, deadlines and the refundable amount before relying on it. General cancel-anytime wording should not obscure the initial commitment.
Who provides care, and where?
The corporate disclosure names Beluga Health, P.A. as an independent clinical partner. GoodLife also publishes leadership information. Naming an organization or clinician does not establish that a particular patient’s assigned clinician holds the required license; confirm that person’s identity and authorization for your location.
GoodLife advertises service in all 50 states. Confirm access during intake rather than assuming that every service is available everywhere. The provider describes independent pharmacies and manufacturer-access channels; confirm the actual dispensing pharmacy and its charges before filling a prescription.
Questions to resolve before enrolling
- What is the complete first payment, including any separately charged care, testing or medication?
- Which panels are included, and could onboarding require additional testing?
- Which refund statement applies to my enrollment, and can I keep a copy?
- Who is my clinician, and how do I reach the team between visits?
- Which pharmacy will fill an approved prescription, and what will I owe?
Our assessment remains conditional: the care model is described publicly, but the billing inconsistencies deserve clarification. This is document research, not a clinical quality certification, personal treatment experience or a claim of completed medical review.
