What the advertised price appears to include
Willow’s FAQ describes personalized compounded medication when prescribed, medical evaluation and treatment planning, unlimited physician access, 24/7 online Care Team support, and shipping as included. Willow’s current Terms also identify multiple partner pharmacies and explain that a patient may request another pharmacy able to fill the prescription.
That still does not answer every cost question. Public pages reviewed did not clearly establish one universal laboratory-testing requirement or included laboratory price, and the exact medication and prescription can affect pricing. Confirm the product, supply period, dose, first charge, recurring amount, and renewal terms for the offer displayed to you.
Costs and terms to confirm
Before paying, ask Willow to confirm in writing:
- The amount charged today and the supply period covered.
- Whether the selected price is introductory or continues at renewal.
- How the price changes with medication, dose, or refill frequency.
- Whether laboratory testing is required and who pays for it.
- Every consultation, membership, pharmacy, administrative, and shipping charge.
- The next processing and shipping dates and the cancellation cutoff.
- What happens financially if a clinician does not prescribe.
- Which pharmacy will dispense the prescription and whether using an outside pharmacy changes the total cost.
Eligibility, prescribing, medication selection, and dosing are clinical decisions. A displayed price does not promise any of them.
Cancellation and refund effects
Willow’s current FAQ says cancellation requests should be submitted at least two business days before the next processing date. It also says that if cancellation occurs before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, the patient receives a full refund, generally within 5-10 business days. Requests made after pharmacy submission apply to a later cycle rather than reversing a prescription already in process.
Willow’s Aug. 14, 2026 Terms incorporate separate Subscription and Return Policies and state that prescription products and compounded medications generally are not returnable once charges are incurred, except where the applicable policies or law provide otherwise.
Because timing determines whether a charge can be reversed, save the version of the checkout and subscription terms you accept, record the processing date, and confirm in writing whether the prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy.

Willow’s public FAQ listed service in 36 states when rechecked September 2, 2026:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
This public patient-service list should be used for consumer eligibility research—not older private affiliate-network geographic restrictions. Affiliate traffic and commission terms are a separate relationship between the publisher and network and can use different eligibility rules.
Product, clinician, and pharmacy availability can still vary within a generally served state. Confirm service for the patient’s physical location and proposed treatment before paying.

Pharmacy transparency and possible outside-pharmacy costs
Willow’s Aug. 14, 2026 Terms name several partner pharmacies: Red Rock Home Pharmacy, Epiq Pharmacy, Absolute Pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, and Empower Pharmacy. The actual dispensing pharmacy can vary.
Willow also says a patient may request that a prescription be sent to another pharmacy that can fill it. If considering that option, confirm whether the outside pharmacy charges separately and whether any Willow platform or clinical fee remains due.
Before payment or shipment, ask for the dispensing pharmacy’s legal name, location, authority to serve the patient’s state, the exact product and concentration, and the total amount that will be owed to Willow and any outside pharmacy.
