As of October 9, Gala’s compounded-treatment page shows from $179/month on a yearly subscription. Its homepage FAQ says $199/month with a three-month plan, while a separate tirzepatide landing page lists a $657 three-month total. The FAQ figure and total do not reconcile. Confirm the selected plan’s actual upfront charge, commitment, medication, laboratory costs, and renewal terms in writing before paying.

These are advertised starting figures for different plan or treatment presentations—not personalized quotes, guaranteed prices, or evidence that a reader qualifies. Do not apply a compounded-program figure to an FDA-approved branded medication without a plan-specific written price.

What the advertised price appears to include
Gala’s compounded-program page states that its $179 yearly-plan presentation includes medication across doses, a provider visit, and shipping. Gala also describes ongoing online support. Its refund policy says the Subscription Services may include consultations, medication when appropriate, lab services, care support, and 24/7 patient support, but also says the services, labs, and medications covered by the single subscription price may vary.
“Included medication” must be read with the specific plan and product. Gala advertises both compounded and branded options. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved finished drug products and should not be described or priced as though they were the same product as an FDA-approved branded medication.
Costs that still need confirmation
Before checkout, ask Gala to confirm in writing:
- The amount charged today and whether multiple months or a year are committed at once.
- The exact medication category, formulation, and supply period covered by the displayed price.
- Whether the price changes with the selected product, plan, dose, or renewal.
- Every consultation, membership, administrative, laboratory, pharmacy, and shipping charge.
- The renewal cadence, renewal amount, next billing date, and notice deadline.
- The financial outcome if a clinician does not prescribe or later changes treatment.
Eligibility, prescribing, medication selection, and dosing are clinical decisions. A checkout price cannot promise any of them.
Cancellation and refund effects
Gala’s current public policy requires a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the billing date. If the notice deadline is missed, Gala says the subscription will be charged on the next billing date and cancellation takes effect on the subsequent billing date. Ordinary cancellation generally does not itself produce a refund.
The policy says medical disqualification can trigger a refund, but its wording is not completely consistent: one section says a medically disqualified patient receives a full refund, while another refers to a refund for the remainder of Subscription Service charges and later says a refund may be issued. The policy also says approved refunds are limited to the most recent billing cycle rather than prior cycles.
Save the checkout terms you accept, record the next billing date, and ask Gala how a medical-disqualification refund would be calculated before submitting payment. This page cannot interpret a contract or promise a refund.
