The manufacturer also lists a $1,349.02 package list price for Wegovy pill. List price is not the same as the amount every patient pays. Insurance coverage, savings-program eligibility, dose, pharmacy route, and government-program rules may substantially change the out-of-pocket amount.
What the $149 starting price does and does not mean
The $149 figure is not a universal price for every Wegovy tablet strength or every consumer.
Manufacturer materials say eligible self-pay patients pay $149 for the 1.5 mg dose and, through August 31, 2026, the 4 mg dose. Current terms list the 4 mg dose at $199 after that limited offer and the 9 mg and 25 mg doses at $299 per month. Novo Nordisk reserves the right to change or end the program.
Before relying on the starting price, verify:

This is not automatic coverage for every Medicare beneficiary. The manufacturer says clinical criteria, plan participation, prior authorization, and covered-use requirements apply. Consumers should verify the program directly with their plan, prescriber, and the current official Bridge materials.
Because this is a time-limited government-access program, dates and criteria should be checked again before publishing an application or enrollment decision.
Can you get Wegovy pill online?
Yes. The branded Wegovy tablet can be obtained through legitimate online pathways when a licensed clinician determines that a prescription is appropriate. “Online” may describe the clinical intake, prescription management, pharmacy transaction, delivery, or a combination of those steps. BloomMD’s Wegovy pill membership pathway
BloomMD advertises an exact-match Wegovy pill membership for $75 per month. The membership covers provider review, prescription management if medically appropriate, and ongoing support. Medication is not included and is purchased separately through the selected pharmacy route.
BloomMD’s product page says the purchase becomes nonrefundable after the medical intake is submitted, while also stating that a refund is provided if the applicant is found ineligible.
