How CoreAge Rx assigns a pharmacy

The pharmacy help article describes automatic assignment after a licensed provider reviews the intake and approves the prescription. Location, state requirements, and formulation or dosage needs influence routing. The provider describes the network as licensed; we have not independently verified the pharmacy assigned to an individual order.

Before fulfillment, request the pharmacy’s legal name, physical address, telephone number, and license information. Use FDA’s state-board directory to check the relevant license. A platform’s business address or clinician affiliation is not the dispensing pharmacy’s identity. Confirm access to a pharmacist for questions about the supplied product.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved finished products. A pharmacy license does not mean FDA reviewed the specific compounded medication for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

How long does CoreAge Rx delivery take?

CoreAge publishes several estimates with different starting points. Two-day shipping does not mean delivery two days after checkout. Intake completion, clinician review, and pharmacy processing occur before carrier transit.

Official source Published estimate What the estimate starts from
Order-shipping help page 5–10 business days Approval to delivery
Order-delay help page About 7–14 business days Completed medical intake to delivery
Formal shipping policy About 5–7 business days for order completion when information is supplied promptly; about 2–3 business days in transit Processing/completion wording and a separate post-shipment transit estimate

These provider estimates are not independently measured delivery results or guaranteed deadlines. The formal policy does not clearly reconcile its shorter completion estimate with the help pages. Ask support for the current stage and the expected dispatch date for your order.

The delay article separately estimates 1–3 business days for clinician review and 3–5 for pharmacy processing. The shipping article gives a shorter 1–3-day pharmacy estimate. Do not combine the shortest figures from different pages into a promised arrival date. Additional records, unanswered clinician questions, holidays, weather, and carrier delays may extend the process.

Shipping method, cost, and tracking

The shipping help page says orders use two-day air and temperature-controlled packaging. The formal policy describes standard shipping through a designated carrier, with shipping included for prescription orders unless checkout says otherwise. Confirm the carrier, service, packaging, and any charge for your selected order rather than assuming every public description is identical.

CoreAge says tracking is available by email and in the patient portal after dispatch. A prescription marked approved or sent to the pharmacy is at an earlier stage than a package collected by the carrier.

Where does CoreAge Rx ship?

The shipping help page says CoreAge ships to all 50 U.S. states and requires a valid residential or business address. It excludes P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international addresses. That shipping statement does not establish eligibility for every treatment in every state. Confirm clinician availability and whether the assigned pharmacy can dispense to your location.

Refills and multi-month shipments

The live shipping article, updated October 4, directs patients to request the next shipment through the portal’s Refill tab and follow its check-in instructions. If that option is missing, it directs patients to support. It says an individual shipment may contain a one-, two-, or three-month supply depending on treatment, pharmacy, and location.

A longer plan commitment does not establish that the entire supply arrives in one package. Ask how many vials arrive per shipment, what action requests the next one, and how billing relates to that schedule. Verify renewal terms separately in the cost guide and checkout.

If delivery is delayed, damaged, or incorrect

For a delay, check whether your intake is complete, whether the clinician has asked for information, whether the prescription reached the pharmacy, and whether a carrier has received the package. Have your order number and tracking information ready when contacting support@coreagerx.com or (307) 405-1638.

CoreAge’s refund help article asks patients to report visibly damaged shipments within 48 hours, with photos. It describes replacements for confirmed damage and pharmacy errors, with a possible refund if replacement is unavailable. The formal policy makes replacement or reshipment subject to review. These are provider policies, not a guaranteed outcome for every claim; request written confirmation for your case.

Ordinary cancellation is a separate issue. The formal policy makes prescription sales final after provider approval and pharmacy transmission, even before shipping. It also has a 30-day cutoff and allows consultation-fee deductions. An unshipped status alone does not establish refund eligibility.

If injectable GLP-1 medication arrives warm

FDA recommends not using injectable GLP-1 medication that arrives warm or with insufficient refrigeration because quality may be affected. CoreAge’s current warm-arrival article repeats that warning and directs medical questions to the doctor or dispensing pharmacy.

Keep the label, packaging, delivery details, and printed instructions available when contacting them. Customer support can coordinate an order issue; it cannot determine whether medication is safe for you to use. Ask the dispensing pharmacist or clinician about storage instructions and printed dates. This guide does not establish a temperature tolerance, extend a beyond-use date, or assess a particular vial.

Questions to resolve before fulfillment

  • Which pharmacy will dispense my prescription, and how can I verify its state license?
  • What is the expected dispatch date, and which stage is my order in now?
  • Which carrier and service will be used, and is shipping included?
  • How much supply comes in this shipment, and how do I request the next one?
  • What instructions and printed dates apply to the exact product supplied?
  • Who handles a late, damaged, incorrect, or temperature-affected delivery?
  • Has approval and pharmacy transmission already made this order non-cancelable?

Commercial and fulfillment sources were checked October 9, 2026. Pharmacy assignment, clinical decisions, and actual delivery dates remain specific to the individual order.
