What this explorer is—and is not

The explorer converts CPC's provider research into structured comparison fields. A provider appears because it is currently included in our Verified Provider Ledger, not because it pays Care Path Compare or because we consider it better than another option. Results remain alphabetical after filtering.

A field marked “not yet established” means our current Ledger does not contain sufficient structured evidence for that criterion. It should not be interpreted as a negative fact about the provider. Likewise, “no unresolved conflict currently recorded” does not mean the provider has no limitations or consumer complaints.

How CPC verifies provider facts

We prioritize official provider terms, checkout and pricing pages, pharmacy and clinical disclosures, regulator materials, and other primary sources. We preserve contradictions instead of forcing a single answer when public sources disagree. Provider-reported claims remain labeled as such when CPC has verified the statement but not independently established the underlying claim.

Why the current Ledger is intentionally small

CPC is prioritizing depth over directory size. The first cohort contains providers for which we have already documented enough pricing, policy, pharmacy, or operational evidence to justify structured records. We will expand the Ledger when evidence is strong enough to support useful comparison—not to inflate the number of providers shown.
